Last night we were on Frenchmen Street and got caught under a patio during a big thunderstorm. It was pouring, there was a blues band playing under the neighboring patio and out of no where, we hear a homeless(so we thought) man say “I feel like a million bucks!” I laughed and we started a little conversation about music and art. Come to find out this man is Welmon Sharlhone – a one time internationally famous artist.

New Orleans Hornet Marcus Thornton speaks on attending LSU, being a rookie in the NBA, and his relationship with fellow rookie Darren Collison. Ya boy has been going off with a little over 13 points per game and had a career high 37 points against the Cleveland Cavaliers. The Hornets play the Golden State Warriors tonight; however, this game can only be viewed with NBA league pass. Tune in to TNT on Thursday at 8:30 to watch our Hornets take on a very talented Denver Nugget team. This hasn’t been the best season for the Hornets, but Chris Paul will provide a lot of help when he returns in the near future. Don’t just be a bandwagon fan. Support your city, support our teams.
